Wellbeing coaching
Support to help you take action.
Coaching is future-focused. It helps you reset, refocus, and build healthier habits and mindset.
Coaching helps with:

- Routines and balance
- Life transitions and decision-making accountability and progress
Offered through:
- Monthly 15-minute check-ins with your wellbeing coach
- Short, supportive, and practical, keeping you on track.

Counselling/Therapy
Support to help you process and heal. Counselling is deeper emotional support, often focused on what’s underneath the surface. Counselling supports:
- Anxiety, low mood, burnout
- Grief, trauma, or loss
- Emotional distress
- Feeling stuck or overwhelmed
Counselling is only used if needed.
It’s there when coaching isn’t enough and extra support is required.
